Thanks to all the perfomers and fans of the 3rd Annual Flower Pickin’ Festival
The City of Starkville made many new friends this weekend. Carlene Carter and Kathy Cash-Tittle each expressed their appreciation for this event and a desire to keep on coming back as long we keep inviting them.
